1. Evaluation Period Refunds
We offer a 24 hour evaluation period starting from the time of payment.
- If you are not satisfied with the service during this time, you may request a full refund, minus a small administrative fee.
- If you apply for a job during the evaluation period, this will be taken as acceptance of the membership, and the evaluation period will end immediately.
- Refunds will no longer be available after this point.
2. Renewal Refunds
We offer a no-questions-asked refund for up to 5 days after your monthly or annual subscription renews.
- Refund requests made within 5 days of renewal will be fully honoured.
- After 5 days, refunds will not be available.
3. Cancellations and Billing
Members can cancel their subscription at any time via the member area: https://hireadj.uk/membership/
- Cancellation stops future billing.
- Membership access remains active until the subscription end date.
- No partial refunds are offered for unused time after the evaluation period.
4. Data Removal
When a membership ends or is cancelled, all associated user data — including profiles and accounts — will be permanently deleted. This process is non-recoverable and aligns with our commitment to data privacy. We do not store user data for non-active or non-paying members.
5. Refund Exceptions
Refunds will not be granted:
- After the 24 hour evaluation period if you have applied for a job.
- More than 5 days after a subscription renewal.
- For non-usage of the platform outside the refund windows.
